Project overview

Hurom entered Europe with a premium product and strong global credentials, but limited brand maturity and fragmented demand across the region. The challenge was to build awareness, create trust, and convert that demand across multiple European markets while adapting the customer experience to different languages, buying behaviours, and local requirements.

We developed a long-term growth strategy that combined always-on performance marketing with seasonal campaign scaling, market-by-market localization, and stronger digital conversion journeys. Rather than relying only on short-term acquisition, the objective was to build durable brand demand that would compound over time.

The website and ecommerce experience were an important part of that growth engine. We improved landing pages, campaign experiences, conversion paths, localized content, and supporting technical infrastructure so Hurom could serve customers more effectively across Europe while maintaining a consistent and premium brand experience.

Project execution

European Market Expansion & Localization

We supported Hurom's expansion across 15+ European markets, including Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Spain, and additional territories. Brand messaging, campaign content, customer journeys, and commercial communication were localized market by market, helping a Korean brand feel relevant and credible to European audiences.

Performance Marketing & Seasonal Growth

We managed always-on acquisition across Google, Meta, and TikTok, supported by a seasonal campaign playbook for key commercial periods. Budgets were scaled when demand was strongest, while continuous optimization focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, efficiency, and the balance between short-term performance and long-term brand demand.

Web Design & Conversion Experience

We continuously improved Hurom Europe's digital storefront through conversion-focused web design, landing pages, campaign pages, clearer product journeys, and stronger calls to action. The goal was to make the ecommerce experience easier to navigate, more persuasive, and better aligned with localized campaigns across different European markets.

Web Development, Tracking & EU Readiness

Our development work supported responsive ecommerce experiences, campaign implementation, tracking, and the technical requirements of a growing multi-market operation. This included GDPR-conscious measurement and support for localized legal, VAT, right-of-withdrawal, and market-specific requirements, creating a more scalable foundation for continued European growth.

Project results

12M Annual European Revenue

Hurom's European store revenue grew from approximately 9.0M in 2023 to approximately 12.0M in 2025, representing around 28% growth in the latest full year and demonstrating continued momentum as the European operation matured.

5× Growth in Brand-Driven Revenue

Direct and branded revenue grew by approximately five times over the partnership. By 2025, roughly half of revenue was coming directly, showing that customers were increasingly seeking Hurom out rather than discovering the brand only through paid acquisition.

15+ Markets & Roughly 2× New Customers

The European operation expanded to more than 15 markets from one growth engine, while annual new-customer acquisition roughly doubled. Localized marketing and digital experiences helped Hurom scale beyond its initial market focus without losing consistency.

Up to 20× Blended ROAS at Peak

During peak campaign periods, Hurom achieved up to approximately 20× blended ROAS while advertising spend scaled by roughly 23×. This reflected the combined impact of strong seasonal execution, increasing brand demand, optimized acquisition, and a more effective ecommerce experience.

Conclusion

Over more than three years, Hurom Europe grew from an early-stage regional presence into a mature European D2C business generating approximately 12M in annual revenue across 15+ markets. By combining performance marketing, brand localization, web design and development, and market-specific execution, we helped build a growth engine that did more than buy short-term sales. Brand-driven revenue increased by approximately 5×, new-customer acquisition roughly doubled, and peak campaigns reached up to approximately 20× blended ROAS. The result is a stronger, more scalable European operation with durable brand demand and a digital foundation built for continued growth.
